2. What file types do you accept?

We accept most standard 3D model formats, including .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF. If you’re unsure about your file type or need assistance preparing your design, our team can help ensure your file is print-ready.

3. How long does it take to complete an order?

Production time varies depending on size, complexity, material, and current workload. Simple prints may take a few days, while more complex or larger projects can take 1–3 weeks or longer.
Please note: these are estimated timelines only — we’ll always communicate expected lead times, but manufacturing conditions may cause delays.

4. Can I request a rush order?

Yes, in most cases. Rush production is available for certain items, subject to material availability and scheduling. Additional fees may apply for expedited service. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

5. What materials and colors do you offer?

We offer a wide range of materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG, among others. Each material has unique properties suited for different applications.
Colors displayed on our website are for reference only — due to variations in material batches and screen settings, the final product color may differ slightly.

6. Do you offer design services?

Yes! If you don’t have a 3D model, our design team can help you create or modify one. Design service costs vary depending on project complexity. Contact us for a quote.

7. What if my print arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care to ensure quality before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

8. Do you guarantee the strength or performance of printed parts?

3D printed parts are not intended for high-stress, safety-critical, or load-bearing applications unless explicitly specified. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, slight variations in durability or finish may occur. Use all printed parts at your own discretion.

9. Can I return or cancel my order?

Because all prints are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
