1. Custom-Made Products

All items produced by Wicked World Workshop are custom made-to-order using 3D printing technology. Because each item is manufactured based on your specific design or request, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review their designs, dimensions, and order details before confirming purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Wickedworldworkshop@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or shipping error, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections, surface variations, or slight dimensional differences are normal in the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.

3. Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, Wicked World Workshop is not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal carriers or shipping services. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom 3D printed parts or models

  • Items modified or altered after delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or exposure to unsuitable conditions

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
